Key Responsibilities:
- Experience Revamp & Class Innovation
- Reimagine the format, flow, and delivery of fitness and wellness programs to create more exciting, fresh, and motivating experiences.
- Introduce creative themes, class types, and fusion formats that keep mefmbers engaged and inspired.
- Interior & Studio Experience Design
- Collaborate with facility and interior design teams to upgrade the physical workout environment—lighting, mirrors, colors, spatial layout, music, and overall ambiance.
- Ensure each studio space delivers a premium, immersive, and "Instagrammable" user experience.
- User Attraction Strategy
- Conceptualize and execute ideas that will attract new users and retain existing ones—such as seasonal experiences, class pop-ups, exclusive themes, and influencer-led sessions.
- Integrate community-building elements and wellness lifestyle offerings into the overall member experience.
- Platform & Hybrid Experience Enhancement
- Work with tech, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless virtual-to-physical class experience.
- Support the UX flow of digital platforms (app, website, booking systems) to complement the elevated in-studio experience.
- Customer Research & Feedback Loop
- Conduct regular user feedback sessions, class audits, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for constant innovation.
- Monitor and analyze class attendance, satisfaction scores, and engagement trends to refine experiences.
Day to Day work:
- Analyze and optimize current fitness and wellness programs for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with instructors and other teams to design and implement engaging class structures and seasonal programs.
- Regularly visit and assess workout spaces to enhance visual appeal, layout, and overall user experience.
- Gather user feedback through surveys, direct interactions, and attendance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor class attendance, retention, and satisfaction to track performance and identify trends.
- Research wellness trends and competitor experiences to propose new ideas and formats for user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure class and space updates align with overall brand strategy.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
