We specialize in cutting-edge, production-ready AI systems and business task automation. This is a 100% commission and performance-driven role designed for hungry, self-starting closers who want a high-reward side project with zero earning caps. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and generating high-quality leads of prospective students and professionals via social media, professional networks, and campus outreach.
- Managing the full sales lifecycle: pitching the program, handling customer objections over the phone, and driving successful enrollments.
- Operating as an independent closer to achieve sales milestones.
Compensation & Incentives Type:
- Pure Commission / Performance-Based (No fixed base salary).
- Commission Rate: Flat ₹5,000 per successful closed admission.
Payout Track Options (Choose Your Track): The Fast-Track Milestone: Reach a minimum threshold of 5* successful admissions to instantly unlock an immediate, retroactive lump-sum payout of ₹25,000*.
The Standard Deferred Track: If you do not hit the 5-sale milestone, your commission is still 100% guaranteed. Payouts for individual sales are fully released after a standard processing cycle of 1–2 months.
Earning Potential: Completely uncapped. If you close 10 admissions, you earn ₹50,000; if you close 20, you earn ₹1,00,000.
Requirements:
- Aggressive communication style with sharp spoken English skills.
- High comfort level working in a pure performance-based, high-incentive framework. Prior experience in EdTech sales, cold calling, insurance sales, or campus marketing is highly preferred.
