About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Accounts Head to lead and manage the organization's finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, compliance, reporting, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting and finance operations of the organization.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management accounts.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management activities.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, GST, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and accounting processes.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Head, Finance Head, Financial Controller, or Financial Lead.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector will be an advantage.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to support strategic decision-making.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
