The HR Professional will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies and leverage various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates that fit both technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Foster a culture of open communication and proactive conflict resolution.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and surveys.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and support career development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and make recommendations to enhance the company's total rewards package.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Manage HRMS:
Manage HRMS system with employee payroll processing.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans and succession planning strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate intesred to make career in HR.
