Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of pharmacy medicines, inventory management, staff supervision, and pharmacy operations. The candidate should ensure smooth workflow, proper stock maintenance, and excellent customer service within the pharmacy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations
- Lead and monitor pharmacy staff activities and performance
- Maintain medicine stock, inventory, and expiry management
- Ensure availability of medicines and medical supplies at all times
- Possess strong knowledge of pharmacy medicines and their usage
- Coordinate with suppliers, and management team
- Handle medicine purchasing and vendor communications
- Maintain billing, records, and pharmacy documentation accurately
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per standards
- Handle pharmacy software and basic Excel reporting
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy or related field
- Valid Pharmacy License preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of pharmacy experience required
- Strong knowledge of medicines, brands, and pharmacy operations
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and pharmacy software
