Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
- Update CRM systems regularly
Coordination & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams
- Assist in promotional activities, campaigns, and events
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demand
Product Knowledge & Skill Development
- Stay updated with product/service knowledge
- Attend training sessions and improve sales skills
- Adapt to new tools, technologies, and sales techniques
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
