- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Understand technical job requirements and market trends.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and critical technical roles.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
