Job Title:Videographer & Reel Editor (On-Site, Part-Time)
Location: Burdwan, West Bengal
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month (based on skill & consistency)
Type: Hybrid (mostly work from home)
On-Site only on shoot days
Days:- (4–5 days/week)

We are building a bold, fast-growing fashion jewelry brand focused on statement pieces for modern women — think dinners, parties, dressed-up moments. This is not a boring job. We are building something big, and we want someone who wants to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
* Shoot short-form content (Reels) using phone/camera
* Help set up basic lighting and shooting environment
* Edit 1 reel per day (cuts, music, captions, trending style)
* Work closely with the founder (who will be the face of the content)
* Turn raw ideas into engaging Instagram-ready videos
What We’re Looking For:
* Basic video shooting + Advance editing skills
* Understanding of Instagram Reels / short-form content
* Someone consistent, reliable, and quick to learn
* Not afraid to experiment with trends and styles
* Bonus: If you enjoy fashion, content, or storytelling
Important:
* You are NOT expected to plan strategy or run ads
* Your role is execution: shoot + edit + deliver
* We will guide the content direction — you help bring it to life
