We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Visa Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing visa guidance, assisting clients with documentation, and managing the complete visa application process for different countries.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding visa requirements, processes, and eligibility.
- Handle student, tourist, work, and immigration visa applications.
- Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit visa applications within deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, policies, and immigration procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of visa processes and immigration procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Previous experience in visa consultancy or travel industry preferred.
