Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify students with special educational needs and create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide specialized teaching strategies tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors for inclusive education.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records of special needs students.
- Conduct awareness sessions for staff on inclusive practices.
- Ensure compliance with RCI guidelines and CBSE inclusive education policies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Must have a valid RCI Registration Number.
- Knowledge of special education methodologies and assessment tools.
- Strong patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Effective communication and record-keeping skills.
