Primary Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company services, offers, programs, and events.
- Attend inbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, appointments, and promotions.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments, visits, admissions, or sales.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the company's services.
- Maintain and update customer databases, inquiry records, and call logs on a daily basis.
- Schedule, confirm, and remind customers about appointments, consultations, classes, events, or service bookings.
- Contact existing customers for feedback, repeat business, renewal opportunities, and customer retention activities.
- Communicate ongoing offers, promotional campaigns, and special events to customers.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Operations Team, and Management regarding appointments and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and other channels.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily call reports and submit performance reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Ensure all customer interactions are conducted in a courteous, professional, and positive manner.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
