Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
