We are looking for an energetic and confident Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive for handling commercial and residential property sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote commercial and residential projects, shops, offices, and units
- Handle social media marketing (SMM) and create attractive property posts
- Manage online advertisements and lead generation campaigns
- Talk with clients and explain project details professionally
- Follow up with interested customers and arrange site visits
- Coordinate with team members for sales and marketing activities
- Maintain customer database and daily sales reports
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and online advertising
- Confidence in client handling and property presentation
- Sales and marketing interest
- Knowledge of real estate is preferred
