Marikar Green Earth is seeking a driven, energetic, and creative Sales and Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. You will drive brand awareness, engage potential clients, and support customer acquisition strategies.Key Responsibilities
- Generate prospective leads through cold calling, email outreach, and field visits.
- Present product offerings clearly to potential business clients and retail customers.
- Manage social media channels by creating engaging content and responding to inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify new industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, customer feedback, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with teams to refine sales pitches and marketing materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build quick rapport.
- Basic digital knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and major social media platforms.
- High learning agility to quickly grasp product details and sales techniques.
- Self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
