Job Description
TECAI Software & Automation Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive / Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outbound calling, client communication, follow-ups, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain TECAI's software and IT services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead status.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for client requirements.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Update CRM/Google Sheets with accurate lead information.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and hardworking.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, BDE, or business development will be an advantage.
