Job Summary
KKREA is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented /Company Field Officer for its partner brand to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence in and around Siliguri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing distributor and retailer relationships, increasing product availability, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective execution of sales and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis as per the beat plan.
- Generate new business by appointing new retailers and identifying potential market opportunities.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with distributors to prevent stock-outs.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and new product launches.
- Execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments wherever applicable.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, and expense statements.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and coordinate with internal departments when necessary.
- Maintain discipline in route planning and ensure maximum market coverage.
- Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with relevant FMCG sales experience to be considered.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of the local market in Siliguri and nearby areas.
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with FMCG distributors and retail channels.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
