Requirement Details:
Position: Junior Associate – Property Due Diligence (Title Search)
Qualification: Advocate
Experience: 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in Property Due Diligence
Geographical Exposure: Experience in property title searches for Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
Core Expertise: Well-versed with property laws, development regulations, and CIDCO-related matters
Language Proficiency: English (mandatory – good command required), Marathi and Hindi
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Compensation: As per industry standards
Joining Preference: Candidates available for early joining / with a short notice period are preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
Conducting due diligence for properties in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
Reviewing property-related documents, CIDCO records, and revenue records
Assisting in legal due diligence and verification related to immovable property
Identifying title defects, encumbrances, and legal risks
Preparing accurate and timely reports
