We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead product planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business teams, development, QA, UI/UX, clients, and stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. This role requires a senior product professional with 10+ years of experience, strong ownership, leadership, communication, and execution skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple products or projects from conception to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple product initiatives and projects at the same time.
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and release plans.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into product requirements.
- Work closely with development, QA, design, and implementation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project progress, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure product features are delivered as per agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support UAT, production releases, and post-release monitoring.
- Maintain proper documentation, including BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and release notes.
- Handle client communication and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned with product goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, software products, or enterprise applications will be an added advantage.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile certification are preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
