Mold Maintenance and Reliability
- Maximize Uptime: Minimize unplanned mold downtime and maintain high Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) at Supplier place and at Factory .
- Speedy Repairs: Reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) for damaged or worn-out molds.
- Preventive Care: Execute and update scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) programs for all active production molds.
- - First-Time-Right: Ensure new molds are validated and approved efficiently according to technical specifications.
- Defect Reduction: Track and trace root causes for molding defects, flash, or dimensional variations linked to tool wear.
- Design Feasibility: Partner with design and engineering teams on new mold manufacturability reviews.Cost and Budget Control
- Financial Planning: Manage annual Operating Expense (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for molds.
- Life Extension: Optimize total cost of ownership by extending active mold life cycles through proper refurbishments.
- Vendor Management: Oversee Suppliers, spare parts inventory, and repair costs.
Safety, Compliance, and Team Leadership
- Safe Operations: Enforce strict shop floor safety guidelines and 5S standards in mold management .
- Skill Development: Train and upskill tool room technicians on advanced repair and troubleshooting methods.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of engineering changes (ECNs) and history records for every mold.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
