Role Overview
The Admissions Lead will be responsible for driving admissions for the
PGP in Brand Management (PGP-BM) by managing the entire
admissions funnel, from lead generation to enrolment.
The role requires a highly networked go-getter who can engage with
both individual professionals and corporate partners-B2C + B2B.
The Admissions Lead will work closely with the Dean to build a high quality cohort of aspiring brand leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
– Build and manage outreach initiatives targeting early-stage working
professionals in marketing, advertising, sales, branding,
communications, and related fields.
– Establish and nurture B2B outreach with corporates, agencies,
startups, and marketing organizations to generate qualified leads.
Admissions Funnel Management
– Own the end-to-end admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
– Guide prospective candidates through applications, interviews, and final selection.
Stakeholder Management
– Collaborate closely with the Dean on admissions strategy and cohort
quality.
– Coordinate with marketing team to ensure a steady pipeline of
qualified prospects.
Candidate Profile
– Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
– Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience (preferably in student
recruitment within higher education).
– Strong network and corporate relationships, particularly within
marketing, advertising, sales, branding, and related sectors.
– Demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
– Excellent communication, relationship-building, and counselling skills.
– Comfortable managing admission CRM systems.
