Roles:
- Manage the complete administrative and operational activities of the organization
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-level business networking events, leadership meetings, member forums, and corporate gatherings
- Ensure smooth execution of all chapter meetings, member engagement activities, and business events
- Coordinate with business leaders, members, vendors, speakers, and internal teams professionally
- Maintain event calendars, meeting schedules, member records, and operational reports
- Handle venue coordination, hospitality arrangements, registrations, logistics, and event execution activities
- Monitor day-to-day office administration and ensure operational efficiency
- Lead and supervise the operations/admin team and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Ensure excellent member experience and maintain professional relationship management
- Coordinate with national/global teams whenever required for events, forums, and organizational activities
- Handle communication follow-ups, vendor management, and documentation processes
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and high service standards while dealing with business leaders and members
- Support leadership in strategic planning and operational improvements
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Management, Administration, Business Operations, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in handling corporate events, member coordination, and operational management preferred
- Capable of independently handling operations and events with minimum supervision
- Someone who can maintain a premium member experience aligned with the organization’s professional standards
