Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machine Operator (Setter cum Operator) with strong technical skills in machine setting, operating, and quality inspection. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in precision machining and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, tool layouts, and machining parameters.
- Select tools, set offsets, and adjust machine parameters for optimal output.
- Perform job setting, trial run, and first-piece inspection.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Carry out routine maintenance, tooling changes, and calibration.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain quality standards and meet daily production targets.
- Identify machining issues and troubleshoot to reduce downtime.
- Follow safety rules and maintain a clean working environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in CNC Lathe machine setting and operating.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming basics (Fanuc preferred).
- Ability to handle precision machining independently.
- Hands-on experience with quality inspection tools.
- Good understanding of machining parameters, tooling, and materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
