A S Engineers & Fabricators is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager for our manufacturing/fabrication unit.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily production activities
Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion
Manage production manpower and workflow
Maintain quality standards and reduce production wastage
Coordinate with purchase, stores and other departments
Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials and manpower
Monitor production targets and productivity
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant experience in production/manufacturing/fabrication industry preferred
Good leadership and team-management skills
Ability to handle production operations independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
