About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Coordinator to oversee the academic and operational activities of the Primary Section (Grades I–V). The ideal candidate will support the Principal in ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, student development, and parent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day academic operations of the Primary Section (Grades I–V).
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and timely syllabus completion.
- Guide and mentor teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and innovative teaching practices.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
- Monitor student learning outcomes and implement academic improvement plans.
- Plan and coordinate assessments, examinations, remedial programmes, and enrichment activities.
- Organize academic events, competitions, assemblies, and co-curricular programmes.
- Support admissions, parent orientation, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, academic standards, and child safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Principal and other coordinators to achieve academic and institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Master's degree is preferred.
- 4–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Coordinator, Senior Teacher, or Academic In-charge.
- Experience in CBSE or other recognized school boards is preferred.
