We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head – Staffing Solutions to lead our staffing sales division, drive revenue growth, acquire new enterprise clients, and expand our presence in the IT staffing and recruitment industry.
Position Summary
The Sales Head – Staffing Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing the company's staffing sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in IT staffing sales, business development, client acquisition, contract staffing, permanent hiring, and team leadership.
This is a leadership position requiring strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across IT, Engineering, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, and other industries.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with organizations requiring staffing and recruitment services.
Staffing Sales
- Drive sales for:
- Permanent Staffing
- Contract Staffing
- Contract-to-Hire
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Dedicated Hiring Teams
- Executive Search
- Managed Staffing Services
- Offshore Recruitment Services
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized staffing solutions.
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring plans and workforce requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Increase repeat business and account growth.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling staffing services.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set KPIs and performance goals for sales professionals.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and coaching sessions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations, commercial quotations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements.
- Close high-value staffing contracts.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams during contract execution.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging staffing opportunities.
- Analyze market demands and customer requirements.
- Recommend new service offerings based on market insights.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems.
- Track pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and client engagement.
- Present weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Monitor key sales metrics and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Staffing Sales, IT Staffing, Recruitment Services, or Business Development.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment industry practices.
