Responsibilities
- Supports primary patient research by helping design screeners and surveys, coordinating recruitment, managing fieldwork, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Conducts secondary patient insights research across literature, advocacy groups, social listening, forums, claims data, and existing internal studies to surface unmet needs and experience gaps.
- Synthesizes findings into clear, patient-centered summaries that highlight emotions, barriers, motivators, and journey pain points.
- Builds and maintains patient journey maps, experience trackers, and databases to monitor evolving patient and caregiver needs.
