Job Role
Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria
- Only Freshers Can Apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Laptop is preferred/mandatory (if applicable)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with students and job seekers through calls and messages
- Explain course details and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and guide them to suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets
- Maintain proper lead and sales records
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding
- Weekly once field work is mandatory
Training & Probation PolicyTraining Period – 5 Days (Unpaid)
- Selected candidates must complete a 5-day training period
- This training is conducted to evaluate communication skills, learning ability, and performance
- During the training period, the company will provide guidance and practical training
- No salary/stipend will be provided during these 5 days
Probation Period – 3 Months
- After successful completion of the training period, candidates will enter a 3-month probation period
- Salary during probation will be performance-based and linked to target achievement
- Employees are required to achieve the minimum assigned targets to receive the full salary and incentives
Salary StructureDuring Probation (3 Months)
- ₹18,000
- ₹10,000 Incentives (Based on Performance & Targets)
After Successful Completion of Probation
- ₹25,000
- Additional Incentives Based on Performance
