Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to .
Prior exposure to marketing activations, events, promotions, or customer engagement activities will be an added advantage.
Strong interest in ATL/BTL marketing and event execution.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Eagerness to learn vendor management and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and execution excellence.
Proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Strong analytical mindset with curiosity to understand markets and competition.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends, as per business requirements.
Support the planning and execution of BTL marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and on-ground activations.
Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and project launch activities.
Ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives as per brand and business objectives.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners for timely execution of assigned activities.
Track deliverables and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Support negotiations and vendor management processes under guidance.
Assist in marketing activities for new project launches and ongoing sustenance campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of activation plans.
Monitor activity progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence.
Develop an understanding of local micro-markets, customer preferences, and industry trends.

Manage event logistics, branding materials, and coordination requirements.

The Executive / Senior Executive – Marketing Activation will support the planning and execution of BTL marketing initiatives, on-ground activations, events, and project marketing campaigns.
