Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through Email, WhatsApp, Telegram and IndiaMART.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer records and update order details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Provide excellent customer support and build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure timely responses to all enquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and Gmail.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Sales or customer support experience will be preferred.
- Experience with IndiaMART, WhatsApp or international customers will be an added advantage.
