Position Overview
Arteva Consulting is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets and expanding business networks. Business development roles typically focus on lead generation, client acquisition, market research, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable consulting, recruitment, HR, hospitality, or business solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and business forecasts.
- Represent Arteva Consulting at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Recruitment Sales, Consulting Sales, or Hospitality Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
