Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations. The role involves handling bookkeeping, payroll, reimbursements, invoicing, statutory compliances, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and overall financial coordination. Hands-on experience with the Zoho Finance Suite is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.

Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements through Zoho Payroll and Zoho Expense.

Prepare customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on collections.

Manage vendor payments, bills, expense records, and payment schedules.

Ensure timely compliance with TDS and other applicable statutory requirements.

Perform regular bank, vendor, and client reconciliations.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and management dashboards.

Maintain accurate financial documentation and support internal/external audits.

Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, financial clarifications, and operational support.

Prepare and file tax compliances and other statutory filings within prescribed timelines.

Independently manage assigned finance and accounts responsibilities with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Requirements

CA Inter qualified with relevant experience in finance and accounts.

Hands-on expertise in Zoho Finance Suite, including Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Payroll.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.

Good communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.
