About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive academic excellence through effective curriculum implementation and teaching standards
- Lead school operations, ensuring compliance with ICSE/IB norms and statutory requirements
- Manage admissions, branding, and growth initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing teaching and administrative team
- Ensure student welfare, discipline, and holistic development
- Strengthen parent and community engagement
- Work closely with Management on strategy, planning, and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred
- Mandatory prior experience as Principal
- 8–15 years in education with leadership exposure
- Strong spoken English with ICSE Board experience
- Experience with reputed schools is essential
- No employment gaps beyond 3 months (except valid medical reasons)
