At Myaar Globus, a fast-growing global education platform operating across India, GCC, and Australia, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, and build strong partnerships with sub-agents and educational stakeholders. The role involves a mix of telemarketing, client relationship management, and field visits to expand the company’s network and increase admissions for international study programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through telemarketing, cold calling, and follow-ups with prospective students and partners.
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads and admissions.
- Drive enrollments for study abroad programs across countries and universities.
- Identify, visit, and onboard new sub-agents, education consultants, and partners.
- Conduct field visits to build and maintain strong relationships with sub-agents for business expansion.
- Manage tie-ups and ensure consistent business flow from partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for queries and support throughout the admission process.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitors, and student demand.
- Work closely with counseling, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure smooth conversion and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, conversions, and partner interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or education/abroad consultancy preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and partner meetings.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
