Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC), Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Candidates having experience in Electronics Manufacturing or Healthcare Equipment Manufacturing will be preferred.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Job Summary:
Otica Healthcare Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage production operations, ensure timely completion of production schedules, maintain quality standards, optimize resource utilization, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Monitor and control production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, Packaging, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
Maintain and improve production efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Supervise, train, and motivate production employees and team leaders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for Management review.
Monitor inventory requirements related to production and coordinate with concerned departments.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment and machinery.
Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase operational efficiency.
Handle production-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company rules and regulations within the production department.
Required Skills:
