*Role Overview*
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support client onboarding, user access management, documentation, and operational activities. The role will help ensure smooth onboarding and efficient platform operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Create and manage client accounts.
- Provide and update user access.
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and feature guides.
- Track onboarding activities and maintain records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client support.
- Assist in feature validation and UAT testing.
*Required Skills*
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with basic technical aptitude.
*Preferred Qualifications*
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, BCOM, BCA
- Prior internship experience in operations, documentation, or customer support is preferred.
