Job Summary:
SPL Diagnostic is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician for our pathology laboratory in Karol Bagh, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling laboratory samples, assisting in diagnostic testing, maintaining lab hygiene, and supporting daily laboratory operations.
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
Experience Required:
Fresher to 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and handle blood and other laboratory samples carefully.
- Assist in conducting pathology and diagnostic tests.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness of the lab.
- Label, organize, and store samples properly.
- Prepare reports and maintain laboratory records accurately.
- Follow safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and senior lab staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely processing of samples and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
- Basic knowledge of pathology laboratory procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Candidates residing nearby Karol Bagh will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
