Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. Candidates with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are preferred.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum
