Key ResponsibilitiesPainting & Maintenance
- Carry out interior and exterior painting of hotel buildings and facilities.
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers.
- Apply paint, varnish, enamel, texture, and other finishes as required.
- Perform touch-up painting in guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, banquet halls, and public areas.
- Maintain and repair wall finishes, ceilings, doors, windows, and furniture surfaces.
- Undertake polishing and finishing work on wooden and metal surfaces.
Preventive Maintenance
- Inspect painted surfaces regularly and identify areas requiring maintenance.
- Assist in preventive maintenance schedules for guest rooms and public areas.
- Report major repair requirements to the Engineering Supervisor.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow hotel safety procedures while handling paints, thinners, and chemicals.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing painting work.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of paints and related materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Inventory & Tools
- Maintain painting tools, brushes, rollers, ladders, and equipment in good condition.
- Monitor paint and material consumption and report shortages.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records of painting materials.
Guest Service
- Carry out maintenance work with minimal disturbance to guests.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
