Customer Support Executive (Voice + Chat Blended) – International Process
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice and chat support.
- Resolve customer queries with a high level of professionalism.
- Identify customer needs and achieve upselling targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and sales KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience (on paper).
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level or above).
- Strong customer service, sales, and upselling skills.
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
Candidates with 1–2 Years of International BPO Experience
- CTC: Up to ₹4.2 LPA (Including ₹2,000 PLI)
- Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹32,000 per month
Candidates with 2+ Years of International BPO Experience
- CTC: Up to ₹4.3 LPA (Including ₹2,000 PLI)
- Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹33,000 per month
