Salary
* ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 Fixed Salary
* Up to ₹2,000 Performance Incentives
Job Responsibilities
* Handle Inbound & Outbound Customer Calls professionally.
* Provide Chat Support and resolve customer queries.
* Assist customers with Demat Account opening, KYC process, and account-related support.
* Provide basic information related to stock market products and services.
* Maintain customer records and follow up with leads.
* Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Eligibility
* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
* Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
* Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
