Key Responsiblity
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently
- Manage reservation, room allocations, and guest inquires
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionals
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and provide prompt resolutions
- Maintain accurate guest records in the PMS
- Process payments, prepare bills, and maintain cash records
- Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean and presentable
- Follow hotel SOPs and grooming standards
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or any Bachelors Degree
- 1 or 4 years of Experience in Front office (Freshers with good communications skills may also apply)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Knowledge of MS office and hotel PMS
- Willing to work rotational shifts
