A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems at client locations. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer support while ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Install, test, and commission equipment or systems at customer sites
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs or replacements
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Train customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment
Coordinate with internal teams for parts, upgrades, or escalations
Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer-handling abilities
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
Willingness to travel and work in field environments
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in field service or maintenance
Familiarity with industry-specific equipment or systems
Basic knowledge of software/automation systems (if applicable)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
