Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Audio Visual (AV) Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of AV systems across multiple client sites in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of AV equipment for meetings, conferences, and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment (projectors, displays, video walls, conferencing systems, sound systems, etc.)
- Provide on-site technical support at different client locations
- Handle setup and operation for meetings, events, and presentations
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks of AV systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues quickly
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution
- Maintain service reports and documentation for each site visit
- Ensure proper handling and safety of equipment
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems and equipment
- Experience with video conferencing tools and control systems (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for different site locations
- Good communication and professional behavior with clients
- Basic understanding of networking (added advantage)
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Electronics, IT, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in AV / IT / technical support
