Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the detailing center.
- Manage technicians and ensure quality service.
- Plan and allocate work to achieve on-time vehicle delivery.
- Monitor ceramic coating, PPF, and detailing jobs.
- Handle customer queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain job records and inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of car detailing, ceramic coating, and PPF services.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
