We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Mechanic to join our authorised Ashok Leyland service centre. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy commercial vehicles while ensuring high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in heavy commercial vehicles.
- Carry out repair and maintenance work for trucks, buses, and other heavy vehicles.
- Perform engine, clutch, gearbox, suspension, brake, and axle repairs.
- Handle vehicle breakdowns and emergency service support when required.
- Supervise and guide junior mechanics and technicians.
- Ensure proper use of workshop tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests after repairs.
- Maintain accurate job card and repair documentation.
- Coordinate with service advisors and spare parts department for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs as per company standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
