We are looking for an energetic, disciplined Security Field Officer to lead our on-ground operations team in Ernakulam.Role Overview
As a Security Field Officer, you will be the face of Infinity Protections on the ground. You will manage daily operations across multiple client locations in Ernakulam, supervise security personnel, ensure strict compliance with company standards, and maintain excellent client relations.
No prior extensive security experience? No problem. We believe in building leaders. Comprehensive operational training will be provided to the selected candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular day visits and surprise night audits across assigned client sites in Ernakulam to ensure security guards are alert, disciplined, and in perfect uniform.
- Manpower & Shift Management: Manage guard attendance, recruitment,oversee duty rosters, and handle emergency replacement staffing seamlessly when guards are absent.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site; address feedback, resolve minor complaints, and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure all on-site operations align with company protocols and PSARA guidelines.
- Incident Reporting: Promptly respond to field emergencies or security incidents and submit daily reports to the Operations Manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Location: Must be a permanent resident of Ernakulam/Kochi with strong knowledge of local routes and geography.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler in good working condition and possess a valid Indian Driving License (Mandatory for daily site visits).
- Language: Fluent in Malayalam (essential for team handling); basic functional knowledge of English or Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard / Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, punctuality, physical fitness, and a disciplined approach to work.
