Role Overview:
The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for delivering all General Education subjects, including Employability Skills, Professional & Team Skills, Health & Safety, Grooming & Communication Skills, Business Communication Skills, Digital Literacy, and Entrepreneurship Orientation, to students.The role involves assessing student performance, monitoring learning outcomes, maintaining training records, and coordinating with the Program Manager for assessments, result tracking, and timely submission of reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
- Conduct sessions on Employability Skills, Professional & Team Skills, Health & Safety,Grooming & Communication Skills, Business Communication Skills, Digital Literacy, and Entrepreneurship Orientation.
- Ensure timely completion of curriculum delivery as per the academic calendar and lesson plans.
- Facilitate interactive learning through classroom discussions, activities, presentations, and assignments.
2. Student Assessment & Academic Monitoring
- Conduct assessments, assignments, presentations, and evaluations as per academic requirements.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate assessment records.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress.
- Identify academically at-risk students and provide necessary guidance and support.
3. Result Processing & Coordination
- Collect, verify, and submit student assessment marks within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Program Managers for result compilation, tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Support timely completion of examination and result-related activities.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain attendance records, assessment data, and academic documentation as per University guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, marks, and academic records.
- Support audit, accreditation, and compliance requirements through accurate record maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in soft skills and communication training.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and engage students effectively.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
