About the Role
Leadingdots Solutions India Pvt Ltd is hiring a US IT Recruiter for a fully remote role to source, screen, and place IT professionals with US-based clients. You will work from home during night shift hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) to connect directly with candidates and vendors in the US.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT roles via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal database
- Cold call candidates across US time zones to assess skills, visa status, and rate expectations
- Coordinate with US clients, vendors, and implementation partners on open job requirements
- Understand and apply knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN)
- Submit qualified profiles with formatted resumes; schedule interviews and manage feedback
- Negotiate rates and close offers with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM
- Meet weekly submission and placement targets
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years in US IT staffing/recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2/C2C/1099) and visa categories
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet for remote work
- Comfortable working night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
- Experience with job portals and ATS tools preferred
