Who is responsible for delivering highly personalized and exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, discreet, and anticipatory service throughout the client visit. The Butler serves as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction and seamless coordination of services in accordance with the Boutique's luxury hospitality standards
Requirements.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a personalized orientation to hotel facilities, amenities, and services.
- Coordinate and manage guest requests promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP guests, suite guests, and long-stay residents.
- Arrange and coordinate dining reservations, transportation, spa appointments, and recreational activities.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when applicable.
- Provide unpacking and packing assistance upon guest request.
- Ensure guest rooms and suites are prepared and maintained according to established luxury service standards.
- Deliver amenities, refreshments, and special arrangements for celebrations, anniversaries, and VIP arrivals.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Anticipate guest preferences and proactively address needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and service records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct courtesy calls and follow-ups to ensure guests' expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Uphold Boutique policies, brand standards, and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Knowledge of luxury service etiquette and international hospitality standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and guest service software is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
