Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and government departments.
- Lead, train, and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to identify project opportunities.
- Prepare and review quotations, tenders, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, finance, and project teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales opportunities.
- Review sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in construction materials, plumbing products, or project sales, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, PVC, UPVC, CPVC, HDPE pipes, fittings, valves, sanitary products, and construction materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
